A Network or Systems Support Specialist evaluates, troubleshoots, and maintains computer and network systems at a business or organization. May work as part of an information technology department.
The Test Center Proctor is responsible for greeting students, making sure the test center is set up appropriately based on student needs, and monitoring test administration following established guidelines.
Education/Skills Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required. Ability to use good judgement and strong customer services skills is required. Knowledge of test center software and/or adaptive technology is preferred. Experience Requirements and/or
Equivalents:
Prior experience working in a test center environment is preferred. Prior experience working with students in a classroom or similar setting is preferred.
Standard Work Days and Hours:
Various part-time shifts are available throughout the standard work week (M-F, 8:00-5:30) with some evening hours possible.
