Description:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Cable Technicians to support Fiber validation, auditing, and troubleshooting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Fiber audit activities, including verification and validation of infrastructure
- Assist in troubleshooting, identifying connectivity and configuration issues
- Validate inventory, connectivity, and documentation accuracy across network assets
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve discrepancies
- Document findings and provide clear audit reports and recommendations
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of EDP / technical design documentation
- Knowledge of telecom / network infrastructure concepts
- Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting (Layer 1)
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with telecom, ISP, or enterprise network environments
- Familiarity with fiber and copper infrastructure
Skills:
- Fiber testing, OTDR, Fluke, testing validation, trouble shoot, Layer 1, Cat6, Cat5, splicing, cable installation, Audit Technician, Fiber Technician, Data Center
Hours:
- Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The role includes a rotating on-call schedule. During site turn-up's, the schedule shifts to 10-hour days, 6 days per week.

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
