• Description:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Cable Technicians to support Fiber validation, auditing, and troubleshooting activities.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Support Fiber audit activities, including verification and validation of infrastructure
• Assist in troubleshooting, identifying connectivity and configuration issues
• Validate inventory, connectivity, and documentation accuracy across network assets
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve discrepancies
• Document findings and provide clear audit reports and recommendations

• Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of EDP / technical design documentation
• Knowledge of telecom / network infrastructure concepts
• Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting (Layer 1)
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with telecom, ISP, or enterprise network environments
• Familiarity with fiber and copper infrastructure

• Skills:

• Fiber testing, OTDR, Fluke, testing validation, trouble shoot, Layer 1, Cat6, Cat5, splicing, cable installation, Audit Technician, Fiber Technician, Data Center

• Hours:

• Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The role includes a rotating on-call schedule. During site turn-up's, the schedule shifts to 10-hour days, 6 days per week.
