• The OTP position is focused around installation and maintenance of technology initiatives and equipment in the restaurant.

This person will work as part of the Technology Team to help address technology needs in the restaurants. Some of the duties will include traveling to stores, troubleshooting, planned maintenance, and equipment installation. The goal of the OTP is to keep all technology equipment in good, working condition so that our customer's experience is unhindered by broken or failed equipment. The OTP also needs to be knowledgeable enough to guide the restaurant staff in quick and effective troubleshooting which minimizes the time spent off the floor so that they can take care of the guests at a high level. Requirements to Apply

• Must have their own reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Must have open availability including the ability to work overnights and weekends at times
• Must be at least 18
• Must possess basic computer skills (ie. using Excel, Word, Outlook; navigating File Explorer; copy files to and from thumb drives; perform internet searches)
• Comfortable climbing ladders, using basic hand and power tools and able to lift 50 lbs
• Able to communicate effectively via email, text or phone conversations

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
