Obtain Contact Information Job Summary The Phone Systems Technician is responsible for the administration, support, and standardization of the organization's enterprise voice communications systems. This role manages the cloud PBX environment, phone provisioning, dial plans, E911 compliance, fax services, analytics, and telephony standards across all of Adapt's locations and service sites. May also provide additional support to the Infrastructure team as needed. Qualifications- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years supporting enterprise phone systems.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations Primary Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the GoTo cloud PBX environment.
- Provision, configure, and deploy desk phones, softphones, and mobile clients.
- Manage users, extensions, voicemail, call routing, auto attendants, ring groups, queues, and shared lines.
- Maintain system standards and review phone configurations.
- Design and maintain dial plans and call routing.
- Manage DID numbers and troubleshoot calling issues.
- Maintain accurate E911 information and ensure compliance.
- Administer phone and fax services.
- Generate call analytics and usage reports.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 telephony support and user training.
- Maintain documentation, standards, and inventory.
- Collaborate with the Network Engineer and Network Technician on voice infrastructure.
