This position will reflect our company, and the best candidate will be a personable, presentable and confident presence with a strong desire to complete tasks with accuracy and efficiency. As a Managed Service Provider (MSP), ThyTech Computers supports the IT environments of a variety of businesses. The environments can vary in terms of size and complexity. As such, the pace and demands can maintain a high level. While this position does not require extensive technical skills, a familiarity and comfort with business-grade computers and peripherals is needed. Likewise, a basic understanding of IT environments is helpful i.e., servers (on premise and/or cloud hosted), network devices (firewalls, switches, wireless, etc.), workstations and cloud based services (Microsoft365, Google, Azure).
