Salary Range:
$18.00•$20.00 HourlyOur IT Associates work daily with our Chief Technology Manger to help manage the daily operation of our branches. They work on a ticket based system and assist our employees with all technological issues. Some daily tasks/issues may include but not limited to: Computer, Printer, & Phone Service Requests Dashlane Setup & Password Management Internet Connectivity Mobile Phone & Laptop Support Remote Work Setup Email Security Management Copier Toner Ordering Software Troubleshooting (SoftPro, Outlook, Microsoft Office) Basic M365 administration Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience in computer support OR associates degree in Information Technology Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot a variety of PC related software and hardware Proficiency with Windows 11 operating systems Ability to navigate all Microsoft Office Applications Understanding of basic networking Basic printer, copier, and peripheral installation, support, and maintenance Demonstrated ability to apply analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve issues and identify solutions Provide professional, courteous, and timely end user support Strong attention to detail Strong communication skills Ability to travel between TitleSmart branch locations across the Twin Cities on short notice
Qualifications:
