GENERAL Position Overview Responsible for resolving computer-related deskside issues and escalation to senior team members where appropriate. The individual in this position is required to work on-site.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education High School graduate or equivalent required Experience Experience in telecommunications highly desired. Previous experience or knowledge of the following applications is highly desired: Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Dragon or Voice Recognition Software and Active Director Knowledge Of Proficient computer skills; understanding of server environments, basic network troubleshooting skills. Licensure/Certification A+ or NW+ certification is preferred.
