Job Description

Continental Properties is looking for a Fall 2026 HelpDesk Intern to join our team of IT professionals! Candidates must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week during the Fall 2026 semester.
Position Specifics:
Pay Range:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Must be able to work minimum of 30 hours per week or full-time
Essential Responsibilities:
Respond to first-level Helpdesk requests and provide technical support and problem resolution. Communicate and coordinate with end-users through the ticket management system. Setup, configure and test Windows image on laptops and desktops. Configure peripheral equipment network at new workstations. Support IT-Team and organizational projects. Skills for
Success:
Currently enrolled in, or completed degree program in computer science, network administration, or other computer-related field Prior IT-related work experience (helpdesk, technical support, or similar) strongly preferred.
