Job Description We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver enterprise healthcare technology solutions. This individual will own the product backlog, define requirements, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes. Responsibilities

•  Serve as the voice of the customer and primary liaison between business and technology teams.
•  Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
•  Own and prioritize the product backlog to align with organizational objectives.
•  Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
•  Work closely with engineering, architecture, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
•  Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation initiatives.
•  Partner with teams to ensure successful product launches and feature releases.
•  Define KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and adoption.

•  6+ years of Product Owner - most recently had to support a healthcare insurance company for at least 2 years
•  Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
•  Recently supported front end web applications
•  Worked with AI for a product - preferably clause on a website production
•  Hands-on experience using Jira to manage product backlogs, create and refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, track sprint progress, prioritize work items, and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle.
•  Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
•  Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, and business operations.
