In this role, you will facilitate Agile practices, promote collaboration, and ensure the successful execution of projects within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions to maintain momentum and clarity across teams. Act as a servant leader by removing impediments and shielding teams from external disruptions to ensure smooth project execution. Promote adherence to Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), tailoring practices to fit project needs. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and prioritize work aligned with business goals. Track project progress using tools like Jira, VersionOne, TFS (Team Foundation Server), and Microsoft Project; maintain accurate status reports. Support the development of test cases, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release management activities to ensure quality delivery. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing team performance metrics and implementing best practices for SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes. Qualifications Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in enterprise software environments. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge), and IT governance standards. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS and experience managing IT infrastructure projects. Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, VersionOne, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel). Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate priorities and facilitate stakeholder engagement effectively. Analytical skills for requirements gathering, analysis, risk assessment, and problem resolution. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organizational skills and time management discipline. Knowledge of databases such as SQL and Oracle; understanding of disaster recovery plans is a plus.
