12+ Month Contract About the OpportunityWe are seeking a Senior Scrum Master / Technical Project Manager to support a digital product and technology organization within a large enterprise environment. This team is responsible for delivering and enhancing digital products, enterprise platforms, and technology solutions that support key business initiatives.



This is a true Project Manager/Scrum Master hybrid role supporting primarily sustainment and enhancement work. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys bringing structure, accountability, and delivery discipline to Agile teams while driving execution across multiple technology initiatives.



The team is looking for someone who can help improve Agile maturity, implement best practices, organize and prioritize backlogs, coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams, and establish processes that improve predictability and execution. What You'll DoLead Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and RetrospectivesManage and prioritize complex backlogs in partnership with Product Owners and business stakeholdersIntroduce Agile structure, governance, and delivery discipline to teams operating in a less mature Agile environmentImprove Agile processes and help teams become more efficient, predictable, and accountableDevelop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, timelines, and delivery milestonesManage dependencies, blockers, risks, issues, and RAID activities across multiple workstreamsCoordinate delivery activities across Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, business stakeholders, publishers, licensing partners, and external vendorsBuild status reports, dashboards, and executive-level communications that provide visibility into delivery progressFacilitate collaboration between technical and business teams to ensure alignment and successful executionOwn and maintain Jira and Confluence processes, reporting, documentation, and governanceSupport testing, release planning, and production readiness activitiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives that increase team effectiveness and delivery success Required Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar roleExperience functioning as both a Project Manager and Scrum MasterStrong backlog management, backlog refinement, and prioritization experienceDemonstrated success improving Agile processes and delivery executionExperience leading Agile teams within software development environmentsHands-on experience with Jira and ConfluenceExperience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile best practicesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience managing dependencies, risks, blockers, and delivery planningUnderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologiesAbility to work across Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, and business teams to drive successful outcomes Preferred Qualifications7+ years of Agile delivery, Project Management, or Scrum Master experiencePMP, CSM, CSPO, SAFe, or equivalent Agile certificationsExperience supporting enterprise software development organizationsExperience with digital products, enterprise platforms, APIs, cloud technologies, or SaaS applicationsPublishing, Licensing, Media, Content Management, or Consumer Products experience is a plus, but not requiredExperience improving Agile maturity and implementing delivery governance frameworks Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate can confidently demonstrate experience:
