Must have the following in order to apply: Ten (10) years of software/integration development experience with strong enterprise project delivery background Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule runtime, API Manager, Exchange, Runtime Manager) Hands-on experience with message queues and integration with Kafka or similar streaming platforms Experience implementing API-Led integration patterns at scale Experience with event-driven integration and asynchronous processing patterns Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating with SOAP/legacy services when required Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and environment-based deployment strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
MuleSoft certifications (for example MuleSoft Certified Developer/Platform Architect) Experience with cloud integration deployments and hybrid architecture Familiarity with microservices integration and serverless/event-triggered processing patterns Exposure to Azure Integration Services is a plus Experience in Agile delivery models and DevOps practices
Skills:
Knowledge of API design principles and standards using RAML and/or OpenAPI Understanding of API lifecycle management, governance, versioning, and policy enforcement Understanding of security implementation: OAuth2, JWT, client credentials, mTLS, and API policies Debugging, performance tuning, and production support capabilities Communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions across teams

Job Description:
Lead Integration Developer with 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration delivery, with primary hands-on expertise in the MuleSoft platform. Background in implementing API-Led connectivity and event-driven integration architectures across distributed enterprise systems. Proven capability in API design, API lifecycle management, and technical leadership for end-to-end integration delivery from design through production support. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver scalable integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Implement API-Led architectures using System APIs, Process APIs, and Experience APIs Build and maintain event-driven integrations using asynchronous messaging and streaming patterns Develop reusable integration assets, shared components, and accelerator frameworks for delivery teams Lead API implementation best practices including naming standards, versioning, error handling, and security Drive API lifecycle management across design, development, testing, deployment, publishing, monitoring, and deprecation Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions Create RAML/OpenAPI specifications and ensure conformance between API design and implementation Implement observability, logging, alerting, and performance tuning for production integrations Guide CI/CD setup and release automation for Mule applications and APIs Mentor developers through code reviews, design walkthroughs, and development standards Troubleshoot complex integration issues and ensure high-quality, resilient production operations Core Competencies MuleSoft development leadership API-Led integration implementation Event-driven architecture delivery API design and lifecycle governance Integration security and reliability engineering Team mentoring and technical ownership
