Generous, flexible compensation package based on experience and availability About the Role A growing financial services firm in Vero Beach is seeking an experienced Vibe Coder / AI Software Developer to help us build, maintain, and continuously improve the technology systems that keep our midsized company running. We have 70+ employees, multiple SaaS platforms, and a growing technology ecosystem that needs to work together as one cohesive operating system. We also provide technology-enabled services to our clients, so this role goes beyond maintaining internal software—you'll help us develop solutions that create real business value. This is an opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys working with AI as a development partner and wants to spend their time prompting, coding, integrating, troubleshooting, and improving software with AI. What You'll Do Use AI coding tools and advanced prompting techniques to build and modify software. Maintain and improve business-critical applications and workflows. Connect multiple SaaS platforms into cohesive, efficient systems. Automate repetitive business processes and eliminate unnecessary manual work. Troubleshoot software, integrations, APIs, databases, and workflow issues. Develop custom tools and solutions for our employees and clients. Evaluate new AI tools and technologies and put them to practical use. Work directly with management and staff to identify technology problems and build solutions. Continuously improve the company's technology infrastructure and operating systems. What We're Looking For We're looking for a practical AI coder who can get things done. You don't necessarily need a traditional computer science background. We care more about your ability to understand systems, solve problems, learn quickly, and use AI effectively to produce working software.
Ideal candidates will have:
Demonstrated experience using AI to write, modify, debug, or deploy software. Strong AI prompting skills and familiarity with modern AI coding tools. Experience working with SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, and automation. The ability to understand an existing software system and figure out how to improve it. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. A willingness to experiment, learn, and adopt new technologies quickly. The ability to communicate effectively with non-technical employees and turn business needs into technical solutions.
