Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Software Engineer, AI-Native for a leading legal technology and financial solutions client. This engineer will design, build, test, and maintain full-stack features across mission-driven platforms that help streamline complex legal and healthcare workflows. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Microsoft development technologies, modern front-end frameworks, cloud-based delivery practices, and AI-assisted engineering tools. This person will work in an agentic development environment where AI supports code generation and testing, while engineers retain ownership of technical judgment, architecture, security, and the quality of everything released. Day-to-Day Design and develop full-stack features using C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server or Azure SQL, and React or Angular Write maintainable code supported by unit and integration tests Participate in code reviews and incorporate constructive feedback Support Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows Troubleshoot and resolve production issues Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation Review all AI-generated output for correctness, security, quality, and architectural alignment Make sound technical and architectural decisions within an agentic engineering model Collaborate with Product, Quality Engineering, business stakeholders, and engineering peers Partner with offshore developers to scope assignments, review code, and maintain consistent quality standards We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
