Job Description
Legato, LLC recruiters (Staffing@legatocorp.com) would love to speak with you regarding the following position: Backend Software Developer (Telework) in Annapolis Junction, MD.
Security Clearance Required:
TS/SCI w/Polygraph Salary Range:
$190,000-$225,000, depending on experience.- This position has up to 16 hours of telework weekly
- What You Will Do The Backend Software Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain mission-critical software applications.
- Fourteen (14) years of experience as a Software Engineer supporting programs or contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Experience developing backend software applications using Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience supporting the development and execution of test procedures for software components.
- Experience generating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
- Experience developing applications using Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience ensuring the quality of developed and modified software through testing, debugging, and defect resolution.
- Experience using Git for source code management and version control.
- Experience developing applications that utilize relational databases, such as PostgreSQL, and writing SQL queries.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
