Job Duties:

Develop and implement controls improvements using plant monitoring softwareLead troubleshooting to find root cause and resolve performance issuesCoordinate resources and break problems into action itemsTrain manufacturing personnel and plant electriciansIntegrate equipment into plant IT platforms and quality toolsTroubleshoot machinery, robotics, automation, and downtime issuesReview installations; reprogram equipment for engineering changesMaintain backups for automation and robotics installationsParticipate in equipment safety risk assessments

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required

Experience Requirements:

5+ years of related experiencePLC/CNC and controls software experienceStrong leadership, teambuilding, and communication skillsAbility to work with maintenance and process teamsMicrosoft Suite familiarityPLC controller experience (Siemens, Rexroth, Allen Bradley)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in EngineeringRobotics and computer vision experienceLean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience8D and 5-Why problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with UL508A and NFPA79Siemens TIA Portal and Fanuc experience
