Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Process, Manufacturing, Industrial), Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production, manufacturing, or operational environment, with a focus on performance improvement, continuous improvement, project management, or reliability Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to collaborate effectively with asset reliability teams to drive performance and equipment improvements. In-depth knowledge of business value drivers and operational requirements that enable alignment with organizational goals. Expertise in Root Cause Analysis methods with the ability to lead RCA investigations to resolve production issues. Proficiency with Production and Operations Data Systems for tracking and analyzing operational performance. Demonstrates strong coaching and mentoring capabilities that foster a culture of continuous improvement. Strong communication skills with a focus on data-driven decision making. Comfortable identifying and challenging suspected non-value-added activities, ensuring a focus on impactful improvements. We thrive when the expectations are great, and the barriers are high.
