In this role, you will impact the design and development of high-performance software systems that support aerospace operations, ensuring integration with hardware and compliance with industry standards to deliver reliable and efficient solutions. Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture Responsibilities Design, development, and testing of software solutions that enhance our aerospace products and services, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timeline. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software specifications and enhance system performance. Responsible for executing project subtasks in order to meet customer specifications. Conducts technical interchange of task level information (system requirements, specifications.) with team members and internal customers. Contribute with software documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and project reports. Ability to code in multiple languages (with object-oriented languages like e.g. C++) Travel, up to 10%, may be expected. Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics 5+ years of embedded software development experience (full life cycle)
