Long Term Contract key requirement is strong hands-on Appian experience, along with BFSI/FinTech domain experience Role Summary Lead development and delivery of Appian BPM solutions. Provide hands-on technical leadership and solution design. Work directly with US-based stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Appian solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Appian application development and delivery. Design and develop Appian components including SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, CDTs, Rules, and Constants. Define and enforce Appian development best practices and coding standards. Build integrations using

REST/SOAP

APIs, Web APIs, databases, and external systems. Perform code reviews and ensure solution quality. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Drive application performance, optimization, scalability, and security. Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the team. Participate in Agile ceremonies and client discussions. Required Skills 6 8 years of IT experience with strong hands-on Appian expertise.

Strong experience in:

SAIL Interfaces Process Models Records & Reports CDTs, Rules, and Constants Appian optimization and performance tuning Experience with

REST/SOAP

APIs and Web API integrations. Good hands-on understanding of SQL and database concepts. Knowledge of system design, performance optimization, and scalability. Familiarity with CI/CD and basic DevOps practices. Leadership & Client Skills Experience leading/mentoring teams of 6 10 members. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work directly with US-based clients and drive technical discussions. Ability to take ownership and drive technical decisions. Strong problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications BFSI / FinTech / Banking domain experience strongly preferred , particularly experience with US financial-services clients. Appian Certified Senior Developer / L3 certification preferred . Prior US Onshore or client-facing experience is an advantage.
