Pega - Lead System Architect#26-08839 Pennington, NJ Charlotte, NC Plano, TX Hybrid Contract Starts 9/14/2026 Ends 9/13/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Pega Developer for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Plano, TX, Pennington, NJ, or Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role requires a candidate who can design, develop, and supportplex Pega CLM solutions within an enterprise environment. The Senior Pega Developer will lead the implementation of modernization activities, develop integrations with various systems, and drive application performance optimization. This position involves a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and supportplex Pega CLM solutions Lead implementation of Trigger Based Refresh and modernization activities Develop integrations with enterprise systems, databases, and external services Drive application performance optimization, resiliency, and security improvements Implement Pega best practices, guardrailpliance, and reusable frameworkponents Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across multiple workstreams Partner with business, QA, platform, and vendor teams to accelerate solution delivery
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field 10+ years of software development experience 5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Pega applications Strong expertise in Pega CLM, Case Management, Flows, and Integrations Experience with Java, REST APIs, SQL, XML, and Enterprise Application Integration Experience troubleshooting and optimizing large-scale Pega applications Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning capabilities Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) Experience collaborating with Business Analysts, QA, Platform Engineering, and Architecture teams Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
