W2 , 1099, or C2C are acceptable (No 3 rd parties, please) Key Responsibilities Stand up and lead Agile interface teams within an assigned business process area. Plan, facilitate, and drive Interface Design Validation workshops, ensuring the appropriate functional, technical, business, data, integration, and legacy-system SMEs are engaged. Assess current-state interfaces and System Data Exchanges (SDEs) against future-state business requirements and

processes. Facilitate decisions regarding whether existing integrations should be retained, consolidated, redesigned, replaced, or retired as part of the transformation. Drive validation of source and target systems, interface partners, business transactions, data requirements, mappings, transformations, dependencies, and functional ownership. Coordinate stakeholders from across the program to resolve cross-functional and cross-system design questions and drive timely decisions. Translate workshop outcomes into clear design decisions, action items, requirements, risks, dependencies, and follow-up activities. Support development and validation of interface inventories, mappings, design documentation, decision logs, Interface Control Agreements (ICAs), and related governance artifacts. Partner with functional teams, integration developers, architects, data teams, and system owners throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle. Ensure interface designs support fit-to-standard objectives and minimize unnecessary customization while preserving required business capabilities. Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience personally leading interface requirements, design, rationalization, or validation activities for a complex SAP or enterprise ERP implementation. Experience leading cross-functional interface design workshops or comparable requirements/design sessions and driving stakeholders toward decisions and deliverables. Prior experience supporting a DoD SAP/ERP program; U.S. Navy, Army, or DLA experience is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of enterprise interfaces, integration dependencies, source/target systems, data flows, mappings, transformations, and functional-to-technical design considerations. Experience coordinating functional SMEs, technical integration teams, architects, data teams, legacy-system owners, and government/business stakeholders. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within an Agile delivery environment. Strong consulting capabilities, including workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, requirements analysis, issue resolution, executive communication, and decision facilitation. Ability to independently lead a workstream, challenge assumptions, identify missing requirements or stakeholders, and drive complex issues to resolution. Preferred Qualifications Experience with
SAP S/4HANA
transformation programs. Hands-on knowledge of Navy ERP interfaces, SDEs, or Navy business processes. Experience with DoD interface governance and documentation, including Interface Control Agreements (ICAs), interface/SDE inventories, interface mappings, or comparable interface control documentation. Experience rationalizing a large legacy interface landscape as part of an ERP modernization. Knowledge of SAP and non-SAP integration patterns and enterprise middleware environments such as webMethods, MQ, SAP Integration Suite, PI/PO, or comparable technologies. Functional expertise in one or more ERP business process areas and the ability to understand how integrations support end-to-end business transactions.
