This role supports multi-site manufacturing operations, including Production Control, Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS), Warehouse Mobile App, and Production Floor Execution (PFE). The position combines architectural leadership with active X++ development and technical oversight across distributed development teams. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, manufacturing ERP experience, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally while delivering scalable, high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead technical design and development efforts within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions. Provide architectural guidance across Finance, Procurement, Sales, Production Control, Advanced Warehouse Management, and shop floor execution processes. Design and develop X++ extensions utilizing Microsoft best practices and extension-based development. Extend and support Warehouse Mobile App workflows and Production Floor Execution (PFE) functionality. Support high-volume manufacturing and warehouse transaction processing through efficient solution design. Evaluate customization requests and ensure alignment with architectural standards while minimizing technical debt. Lead technical coordination with onshore and offshore development teams, facilitating design discussions and resolving technical roadblocks. Maintain and execute CI/CD pipelines in partnership with DevOps and infrastructure teams. Design and support EDI and external system integrations using data entities, APIs, and Azure services. Troubleshoot and resolve complex cross-functional issues impacting manufacturing, warehouse, financial, and integration processes. Contribute to development standards, documentation practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Additional Responsibilities Support system upgrades, testing cycles, and deployment activities. Participate in cross-functional planning sessions to align technology initiatives with business priorities. Perform additional responsibilities as needed. Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong hands-on X++ development experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Experience with Production Control, Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS), Warehouse Mobile App, and Production Floor Execution (PFE). Experience supporting Azure DevOps build and release pipelines. Experience designing or supporting EDI and external system integrations. Strong understanding of batch framework, transaction processing, and performance optimization in manufacturing ERP environments. Experience leading or coordinating distributed development teams. Familiarity with structured multi-environment governance (DEV, UAT, PROD). Preferred Qualifications MB-500 (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Apps Developer Associate) MB-700 (Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert) Experience with Azure integration services and modern data platforms.
