Job Description

Akkodis is seeking an Analyst for a Contract with a client in Cambridge, VT. The ideal candidate will lead a small team while driving PLM enhancements, managing integrations, ensuring GxP compliance, and supporting application incidents, changes, and quality processes in a pharmaceutical/life sciences environment.
Rate Range:
$49/Hour to $54/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Analyst Job Responsibilities include:
Lead and manage a small team of PLM professionals, providing technical guidance and serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Design, develop, and support Agile PLM solutions, including PC, PPM, and PQM modules, while driving enhancements using Agile SDK and Java technologies. Manage and troubleshoot PLM integrations, web services, and application support activities, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request management. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical and life sciences regulations, including GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, MHRA Annex 11, GAMP 5, and Data Integrity requirements. Oversee quality and compliance processes such as CAPA, Deviations, User Access Reviews, and Periodic Reviews to support regulatory and audit readiness. Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams to optimize PLM business processes, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in PLM implementations, support, and application development, with strong expertise in Agile PLM and Teamcenter environments. Proven experience leading PLM projects and managing small technical teams, with strong knowledge of Agile PLM modules (PC, PPM, PQM), Java development, integrations, and Agile SDK. Experience in Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industries with expertise in GxP compliance, 21 CFR Part 11, CAPA, Deviations, Data Integrity, and regulatory requirements such as FDA and MHRA Annex 11. Pay Details:
