The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development experience along with the ability to lead technical teams and drive architecture decisions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement scalable enterprise applications using Java and Microservices Architecture. Lead the design and development of backend services, REST APIs, and distributed applications. Define and implement robust application and technical architectures. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams. Participate in system design, architecture reviews, and solution design discussions. Drive architecture decisions related to scalability, performance, security, reliability, and maintainability. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and engineering best practices. Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA teams, business stakeholders, and client teams.
