Job Description Our client, a growing medical technology company, is seeking a Software Test Engineer to support a short-term, high-priority software testing initiative. This individual will primarily focus on manually executing and documenting a high volume of test cases for software and mobile applications. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in manual software testing, is detail-oriented, and can work efficiently through established test procedures. This is a great opportunity for an early-career test engineer to gain experience within a highly regulated product development environment. • Hands-on experience with manual software testing and executing predefined test cases.
• Ability to accurately document test results, defects, and unexpected software behavior.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to efficiently execute a high volume of test cases.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Irvine, CA 4 days per week.
• Experience testing mobile applications on iOS and/or Android platforms.
• Experience working within the medical device, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Exposure to test automation tools such as Appium, Selenium, or similar automation frameworks.
• Exposure to Java or other programming and scripting languages used for test automation and software development.
