Key Responsibilities
- Design and enhance automation frameworks.
- Lead technical investigations and root-cause analysis activities.
- Drive test environment stability and automation readiness.
- Mentor team members and promote best practices.
- Partner with stakeholders to achieve validation objectives. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
- 5-7 years of software test automation, validation, or quality engineering experience. Industry Experience
- Automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, aerospace, or other high-reliability product development experience.
- OTA validation and connected vehicle experience strongly preferred.
