Details:

ReNuke Services is seeking a Nuclear Test Director for our client"s site in Southport, NC!

Description:

This position reports to the Manager- Nuclear Planning and Integration. The Test Director Review WOs for adequate craft instruction to achieve test acceptance criteria. Review procedures for adequate test steps to achieve test acceptance criteria. Develops integrated test plans. Arrangement for appropriate level of management involvement for Infrequently Performed Test or Evolution. Coordinate with Operations for alignment of systems and verification plant parameters supports performance of test. Coordinate with Vendors or Responsible Engineers in determination of acceptability of test results. Coordinate with plant IT group for gather printouts of plant data. Coordinate with craft for installation or removal of test equipment. Reviews and provides inputs to PMT and return to service testing objectives and requirements on the front end of the project. Reviews and provides inputs to PMT and return to service testing plans during design development (~50% design phase and during 70 and 100% review cycles).

Responsibilities:

oReview WOs for adequate craft instruction to achieve test acceptance criteria, reviews procedures for adequate test steps to achieve test acceptance criteria and develops integrated test plans.

oMakes arrangements for appropriate level of management involvement for Infrequently Performed Test or Evolution (IPTE) and coordinates with Operations for alignment of systems and verification of plant parameters to support performance of test.

oCoordinate with Vendors and/or Responsible Engineers in determination of acceptability of test results and with craft for installation or removal of test equipment.

oReviews and provides inputs to PMT and return to service testing objectives and requirements on the front end of the project.

oEnsures compliance with all related federal and state laws and regulations and Duke Energy business standards.
