Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and executing formal Performance test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications. Expert in LoadRunner custom coding at least 2-3 protocols Mainframe performance testing and scripting Batch performance scripting and testing Workload modeling and data preparation Should be able to identity performance issues and articulate correctly to the project team Knowledge of creating simulation tool for performance testing Good understanding of performance engineering concepts Good knowledge of Performance Test Procedures and documentation on Test Evidences, Test Results etc. Involve in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation, Collects and analyzes data for software process evaluation, improvements, and integrates them into business processes to address the needs of the business. Documents all problems and assists in their resolution. Delivers quality process training to technical staff and acts as an internal quality consultant.

Qualifications:

10+ years of relevant work experience conducting Performance testing of mission-critical applications. Performance testing experience with relevant automation and monitoring tools. Working knowledge of Automated Test and Test Management Tools (e.g. HP ALM). 5+ years of experience with HP Load Runner/ Performance Center. Experience with scripting and testing using Silk Performer and JMeter. Good Experience with Apache JMeter, LoadView, LoadNinja
