Albany, NY (Onsite from Day 1) Position Overview We are looking for a skilled Lead Selenium Tester to oversee quality assurance efforts across complex, high-impact projects. This role requires strong leadership experience, hands-on automation expertise, and the ability to manage testing activities within a dynamic, matrixed environment. Required Qualifications 84 months of experience working on complex projects, including at least 2 years in a leadership role as a Testing Analyst, involving documentation, reviews, and stakeholder approvals of test results using industry-standard methodologies 84 months of experience in client-focused quality assurance, managing testing across multiple high-profile projects with complex functional domains in a matrix organization 60 months of experience in developing test plans, test cases, defect tracking, and automated testing in a software development environment 60 months of experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira , Jira plug-ins, or Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)/Quality Center 60 months of experience configuring automated testing frameworks using tools such as Selenium , Katalon Studio , or similar tools 36 months of experience leading and managing functional test planning and execution, preferably within the Health and Human Services (HHS) domain Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end testing activities including planning, execution, and reporting Design and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium or similar tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables Manage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution Provide leadership and guidance to testing teams Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices For more details reach at resumes@navitassols.com.
