Onsite Responsibilities Review QA strategies, challenge gaps in test planning, and help teams put practical, scalable quality assurance plans in place. Shape long-term strategy, refine standards, and ensure best practices are adopted across the organization. Provide training and coaching to educate teams on QA methodologies, clarify accountability, and reinforce standards. Build a culture where quality is owned by everyone, not just QA. Utilize test management tools, preferably qTest, and defect management tools to monitor and improve QA processes. Use data analytics to uncover trends and drive continuous improvement in quality assurance. Requirements 10 or more years of experience in software quality assurance leadership roles. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test management tools, and defect tracking systems. Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Ability to influence organizational standards and promote best practices in quality assurance.
