Extract, transform, and model data from ERP, legacy, and operational systems to support reporting and business analysi s.
Develop standardized and repeatable datasets for ongoing operational reportin g.
Build and maintai n Power BI dashboards, reports, KPIs, and operational analyti c s.
Develop automation scripts and workflows to reduce manual data entry and repetitive reporting tasks using tools such a s Python, VBA, Power Automate, or similar automation platfor m s.
Identify opportunities to replace manual Excel-based processes with more scalable systems and workflow s.
Evaluate existing tools and processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, data accuracy, and visibilit y.
Improve data integrity and reporting consistency through documentation, standardization, and data governance practice s.
Create and maintain process documentation, includin g process flows, SOPs, work instructions, and technical data documentati o n.
Train and support cross-functional teams on reporting tools, data responsibilities, and new workflow s.
Serve as a consultative problem solver who can translate operational challenges into practical systems and data solution s. Qualificati onsBachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experien ce.
Approximate ly 6-10 years of experie nce in data analytics, business systems, operations, development, or similar rol es.
Strong proficiency wi th SQL, advanced Excel, and Power BI.Experience working wi th ERP systems and operational data structu r es.
Experience designing repeatable and scalable data workflo ws.
Familiarity wi th Microsoft Fab ric or similar modern data platfor ms.
Experience with automation technologies such as Python, VBA, Power Automate, or other low-code/no-code soluti o ns.
Experience with process mapping and workflow redesign tools such as Vi s io.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with technical and non-technical stakeholde rs.
Experience supporti ng manufacturing, production, supply chain, operations, or finance environme n ts. Preferred Experi enceExperience working w ith manufacturing or production data and workf l ows.
Experience w ith Deltek ERP or comparable ERP platfo rms.

They are seeking an experienced Data & Systems Analyst who will work closely with Operations and Manufacturing teams to improve how operational data is collected, organized, analyzed, and reported. This role combines data analytics, systems improvement, automation, and business process optimization to create more efficient and scalable workflows.
