Job Description
- Support and troubleshoot production integrations (APIs, webhooks, file transfers, workflows)
- Perform RCA and partner with IT, security, and vendors to resolve issues
- Build and maintain integrations between Zip and systems including SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Agiloft (CLM), OneTrust, HR, and identity platforms
- Develop
REST/SOAP
APIs, event-driven integrations, and file-based integrations (CSV, XML, JSON, EDI)- Support deployments, environment management, and documentation

- Strong API experience (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, webhooks, auth/security)
- Experience integrating procurement/intake platforms and ERP systems (SAP/Ariba preferred)
- Hands-on with SQL, monitoring tools, and cloud/SaaS integrations
- Experience with CI/CD, release processes, and ITIL environments
- Scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, Groovy, or PowerShell)
- Exposure to intake-to-procure workflows strongly preferred
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities
