Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Track upcoming Microsoft 365 enhancements, service notifications, and product updates to identify relevant changes for the organization.
- Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to review new platform capabilities and determine operational impact, value, and potential risks.
- Help shape rollout and adoption plans for approved Microsoft 365 features by coordinating with cross-functional teams and supporting implementation activities.
- Produce clear user-facing materials such as how-to guides, frequently asked questions, and best-practice resources to improve understanding and usage.
- Support employees with foundational questions and troubleshooting related to SharePoint, Teams, Viva, OneDrive, and associated collaboration tools.
- Gather stakeholder input and monitor usage trends to measure adoption and recommend improvements.
- Identify opportunities to increase productivity through stronger use of Microsoft 365 services and related automation or collaboration features.
- Translate technical updates into straightforward business language for presentations, documentation, and stakeholder discussions.
