JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Business Analyst (Level 10) to support the Identity and Access Management Operations team at Caesars. This position will play a key role in driving project management activities, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and serving as an escalation point for IAM Operations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to support secure, efficient, and scalable identity operations.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
1.
Operations Escalation & Support:
Collaborate with IAM operations and broader IT teams across cybersecurity, infrastructure, and applications, serving as an escalation point and enabler for providing efficient, secure identity services. Own issue resolution, coordinating with appropriate teams and team members and following through on solutions Continually assess operational process, policies, and business requirements to suggest and implement improvements 2.
Project Management:
Lead and manage IAM-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Develop project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. 3.
Business Analysis & Process Improvement:
Conduct detailed business analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within authentication and access management processes. Develop and present business cases, including cost-benefit analyses, to support decision-making. Recommend best practices for secure, scalable, and user-friendly authentication processes. 4.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment on project and operational goals and requirements. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather input and provide updates to stakeholders. Communicate complex technical concepts in business-friendly language. 5.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure IAM projects and operations comply with security standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, NIST). Support risk assessments related to privileged access and authentication processes. 6.
Reporting & Documentation:
Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and documentation to track project performance, authentication metrics, and compliance status. Maintain detailed records of business requirements, process flows, and technical configurations. 7.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in identity management, risks, and security best practices. Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization within IAM environments and processes.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on identity and access management or cybersecurity projects. Experience supporting IAM operations and identity solutions is highly desirable. Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading cross-functional projects. Deep understanding of business analysis methodologies, process improvement, and requirements gathering. Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and NIST. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project) and business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart). Experience with ServiceNow is a plus Experience with IGA (SailPoint, Saviynt, etc.) platforms is a plus Experience with IdP (Okta, Ping, Microsoft Entra, etc.) platforms is a plus Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft security tools is a plus Modern Microsoft Administration experience is a plus (O365, AD, Entra, MS Security)
PHYSICAL WORK ENVIRONMENT AND REQUIREMENTS
This role may require periodic on-call support or after-hours work depending on operational needs. Some travel may be required. How You Will Create the
Extraordinary Process Improvement and Management:
Identify opportunities for process improvement within administrative tasks and workflows. Document existing processes, analyze their effectiveness, and propose solutions for optimization. Develop and implement new or revised procedures, ensuring clear documentation and training for relevant staff. Monitor process performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for further enhancement.
Example:
Track time spent on specific tasks and identify bottlenecks. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of processes and identify cross-functional improvements.
Example:
Streamlining interdepartmental document approvals. Maintain process documentation and ensure it is readily accessible and up-to-date.
Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned team(s) or individuals, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting coordination. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, mail, phone calls), prioritizing and responding appropriately. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation. Maintain organized filing systems (physical and electronic) and ensure data integrity. Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effectiveness.
Project Coordination:
Assist in the planning and execution of projects, including tracking deadlines, coordinating resources, and communicating with stakeholders. Maintain project documentation and track progress against milestones. Facilitate project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, building strong working relationships. Act as a point of contact for inquiries and provide timely and accurate information. Collaborate effectively with other administrative staff and team members to ensure seamless support.
Technology Proficiency:
Utilize various software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, CRM systems) to perform tasks efficiently. Specify the software relevant to the role. Maintain proficiency in relevant technologies and explore new tools to improve productivity.
Problem Solving and Initiative:
Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges. Demonstrate initiative in seeking out opportunities for improvement and taking ownership of tasks. Exercise sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential information. What You Will Need
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience. 1 years of experience in Active Directory administration, account provisioning, and email management. Experience with Office 365 or Exchange for email account provisioning is a plus. Knowledge of IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and SLA compliance. Excellent attention to detail, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
