Not eligible for visa sponsorship The client is seeking an experienced EPM Systems and Configuration Specialist to own, configure, and optimize Oracle Cloud EPM applications while partnering with cross-functional finance and IT teams to drive compliance, integration, and architectural solutions. Job Summary Collaborate with finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to implement EPM roadmap initiatives and evaluate downstream system impacts. Investigate and resolve data load, mapping, validation, and calculation issues, tracking critical items through Oracle Service Requests. Define and own the functional configuration roadmap for key financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Intercompany. Design and configure Oracle Fusion to enforce critical financial compliance standards, including

ASC 606/IFRS

15 and SOX. Administer Data Exchange pipelines, import/export definitions, and EDM subscriptions to keep metadata aligned, including calculation rules, consolidations, and cash flow mappings. Review release notes and perform patch regression testing on monthly EPM patches, promoting updates across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments. Partner with leadership to design, build, and optimize scalable EPM data models, translating business requirements into technical architecture across FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, and EDMCS.

Minimum Requirements:

Active Oracle Cloud EPM Certification(s) in one or more of the following - FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, PCMCS, or EPM Data Integration. Strong hands-on experience managing and supporting Oracle EPM applications, specifically FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, and EDMCS. Proven ability to manage daily EPM operations, including integrations, consolidations, and reconciliations. Exceptional troubleshooting skills related to Smart View installations, connection settings, and setup conflicts. Experience managing user security, access roles, and maintaining compliance governance. Ability to perform monthly/quarterly close operations and execute environment health checks. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to partner across IT and business teams to evaluate data flows and build architectural solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Familiarity or experience with Oracle Tax Reporting (TRCS). Experience with Risk Control Matrix (RCM) functionality to monitor Segregation of Duties (SOD) controls between ERP and EPM systems. Prior experience with additional Finance Planning tools such as PBCS, Adaptive Planning, Planful, Pigment, SAP, IBM, or OneStream. Conceptual understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Agentic AI frameworks, with hands-on development experience strongly preferred.
