May work for a company software configuration management team and assist with all aspects of software configuration management, including software product and application reviews and analysis of system requirements. May work with software users to troubleshoot and resolve software configuration problems.

Engagement Overview:
Our Longwood location has recently absorbed a significant operational workload, and we're seeking a consultant to establish structure, drive coordination, and ensure a smooth transition as this function stabilizes under new management. This is an opportunity to bring order to a newly acquired workstream and serve as the operational backbone during a period of transition.
Core Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Proven track record (2+ years) in an administrative, executive support, or coordination capacity, with demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous or evolving environments Expertise in data management — accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data flows critical to Longwood site operations Strong coordination capabilities: scheduling and managing meetings, documenting key decisions and action items, and holding stakeholders accountable to migration timelines and deliverables Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with particular strength in Excel for tracking and reporting Exceptional organizational acumen — able to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams while maintaining precision and attention to detail Value-Add Expertise (Preferred): Background in inventory and asset management practices Experience tracking IT assets through their full lifecycle — from order placement through delivery, deployment, and storage Ability to monitor equipment inventory levels and proactively coordinate replacement orders to prevent operational gaps
