Job Description
Navy Federal Credit Union currently does not provide sponsorship for this role. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship. Responsible for evaluating business needs and designing technology-based solutions that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role acts as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into functional specifications and supporting the development, testing, and implementation of automated systems. At the mid-professional level, the analyst independently analyzes business needs and translates them into system requirements. This role designs and documents moderately complex systems, supports implementation and testing, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives. The analyst contributes to process improvements and provides user support and training. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or the equivalent combination of education, training or experience 2+ years of experience in systems analysis or IT/business support Developing understanding of business and operating environment Basic understanding of systems analysis and project management methodologies. Able to analyze moderately complex problem-sets. Effective written, verbal, and quantitative communication skills. Ability to work independently on routine tasks and follow broad guidelines. Familiarity with system testing processes including unit, integration, and acceptance testing. Knowledge of business process improvement and automation concepts. Ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate across teams.
