Strong knowledge of Compensation, Benefits, Talent, or Recruiting modules. Proficiency in creating complex reports and calculated fields. Excellent communication skills to partner with business stakeholders and IT teams

Roles & Responsibilities System Configuration:

Configure and maintain Workday Business Processes, Supervisory Organizations, Security Groups, and Cost Centers.

Reporting & Analytics:

Develop custom reports using Calculated Fields, Advanced Reports, and Dashboards for HR stakeholders.

Integrations:

Design, test, and deploy inbound/outbound integrations using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Core Connectors.

Process Improvement:

Partner with HR to understand needs and transform them into functional specifications, driving automation and streamlining efficiency.

Testing & Support:
