Integration Analyst (IT Governance & Integration)

Pay:

$44.00-$49.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Integration Analyst to support the IT Integration Office (ITIO). This role focuses on IT governance, operational integration, process standardization, metrics, and data-driven reporting across the IT organization. The ideal candidate brings strong IT operational knowledge, experience working with cross-functional technical teams, and the ability to translate strategic direction into scalable, compliant IT processes. Key Responsibilities Lead IT governance and integration initiatives aligned to organizational strategy and IT standards. Translate leadership objectives into executable IT plans, metrics, and governance controls. Define, map, and document IT processes, workflows, and supporting data sets. Design and implement standardized IT processes to enable repeatable health assessments, reporting, and performance tracking. Partner with IT, Security, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure integrated governance and consistent data definitions. Support IT operational ("homeroom") processes to improve data accuracy, visibility, and decision-making. Drive IT compliance initiatives, including audit readiness, benchmarking, reconciliations, and risk mitigation. Oversee IT vendor relationships and software contracts, including license tracking, renewals, utilization monitoring, and compliance. Support special IT initiatives related to system integration, operational improvement, and cost optimization. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant IT or business systems experience, or equivalent Experience supporting IT operations, governance, or enterprise systems Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience with IT governance frameworks (ITIL, ISO, CMMC, etc.) Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting/analytics skills Experience supporting IT audits, controls, or compliance programs Background in IT operations, systems analysis, or IT business management #
