Job Description
What You Will Do:
UX design for B2B web products and new systems that facilitate the sales and management of bulk Oura Ring orders and companion services Architect scalable, customizable landing page templates that allow for rapid deployment of client-specific branding and messaging. Empower customers to independently manage their orders, billing, payments, and membership statuses through a self-service interface. Design flexible, branded checkout flows that support complex features like split-tender payments, subsidies, and customizable messaging. Design and govern a centralized promotions and partnership-enabled platform Own the UX design and enhancements for our B2B microsite "For Organizations" Create UI design solutions that scale for international expansion Gain a strong understanding and empathy for Oura's enterprise customers across diverse sectors such as healthcare, military, partnerships, and research Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive web design Recommend UX/UI improvements by processing quantitative and qualitative data, conducting user research, and partnering with cross-functional teams Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders (both internal and external) to create and iterate on scalable features Collaborate and share feedback with Oura's creative and product design teams to maintain UX and brand consistency This is a remote US role with a slight preference for candidates based in San Francisco, San Diego, or Boston. What you'll bring: 5+ years experience as a UI/UX designer, with time spent building eCommerce platforms, SaaS, or dashboard tools Excellent use of Figma ecosystem, and competent in gAI tools like Gemini, Loveable, Claude. Experience creating solutions for enterprise/B2B space, including invoicing, and global payment methods A portfolio showcasing high quality, thoughtful UI and UX work A strong understanding of design systems, UI patterns, and responsive web principles Finds and solves strategic business and customer improvements based on analytics and research Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines on a distributed team The ability to manage multiple features or epics, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience owning and driving user research activities Supports squad leaders to plan and structure sprints Intermediate prototyping skills to communicate ideas Benefits At Ōura, we care about you and your well-being.
