Overview We are seeking a full-time UI Production Artist 1 at Garmin's U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, production-ready digital assets across multiple product lines. Essential Functions Prepare final software-ready image files based on supplied specifications for several types of product lines Collaborate with user interface designers and software engineers to make various formats of supplied artwork production-ready and assist in the resolution of artwork issues during the production process Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure tasks are being completed on time Manage multiple, basic projects in parallel from start to finish Basic Qualifications Associate's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or another related area of study OR a High School Diploma AND a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field Excellent academics (cumulative GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 as a general rule) with the demonstrated ability to apply learned knowledge Proficient understanding of imaging formats, screen technology, quality control, and asset output Proficient using Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Team-oriented, possess a positive attitude, and collaborate effectively with others to achieve goals in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proficient organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail and quality Desired Qualifications Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Blender, Microsoft Office Experience in visual communications or graphic design Garmin International is an equal opportunity employer.
