Job Description

Akkodis is seeking an UX Engineer / Front end Engineer for a Contract with a client in Bellevue, WA (Remote). The ideal candidate owned the end-to-end UX lifecycle, designing and building accessible, user-centered enterprise applications using React/Angular and modern front-end technologies.
Rate Range:
$49/Hour to $50/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. UX Engineer / Front end Engineer Job Responsibilities include: Own the end-to-end UX lifecycle, from user research, wireframing, and prototyping through front-end development and production deployment. Design and build intuitive, responsive, and accessible web applications using React, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks. Develop AI-powered user experiences, including conversational interfaces, Copilot experiences, and prompt-driven workflows that improve productivity and usability. Collaborate with Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Product teams to translate complex analytics, dashboards, and AI capabilities into seamless user experiences. Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards and maintain consistency through Fluent UI and enterprise design system best practices. Establish reusable front-end components, UX standards, and scalable design patterns while continuously improving user adoption, engagement, and overall product usability.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design, Information Technology, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience designing and building production-grade front-end applications with strong UX engineering expertise. Proven experience delivering user-centered, accessible web applications using React, Angular, or Vue.js, with demonstrated impact on user adoption and usability outcomes. Hands-on experience building AI-powered user experiences, applying WCAG accessibility standards, and working with design systems such as Microsoft Fluent UI in enterprise environments. Pay Details:
