Escape Room "Game Master"

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Game Master, where you'll be the heartbeat of unforgettable entertainment experiences! In this lively role, you will create engaging, immersive atmospheres for guests, and guide them through their adventures to ensure every moment is filled with excitement! Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming environment that keeps visitors coming back for more. As a vital part of our entertainment team, you'll be responsible for monitoring game experiences, managing guest interactions/guest service, and maintaining a fun, safe and clean atmosphere throughout the venue. Responsibilities Lead and facilitate a variety of interactive game rooms, challenges, and themed activities to entertain guests and enhance their experience Manage game room setups, "resets", and transitions smoothly to ensure seamless entertainment flow Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing exceptional customer service Resolve conflicts or concerns promptly to maintain a positive experience for everyone Basic cleaning of venue and small maintenance of building to ensure smooth operation Assist guests with reservation system and booking game rooms Assist with special events, themed parties, or seasonal activities to boost guest engagement Enforce safety protocols diligently to ensure all participants follow rules for a secure experience Experience Prior experience in events management or hospitality roles is highly desirable Strong problem solving skills and any "improv" experience is helpful Customer service and guest services expertise that creates memorable interactions Working with families, public facing experiences, or group settings demonstrates your ability to connect with diverse audiences Public speaking, performing, and/or leadership skills that allow you to confidently lead groups and present engaging activities in front of audiences Join us as a Game Master at Escape Time Adventures, and become a "key" part of our real life adventures!
