In this role, you will be the primary driver of our product's technical excellence, solving complex problems like maintaining high performance on canvases with thousands of AI-generated nodes and architecting real-time collaborative systems. This is a high-leverage, hands-on role . You will balance deep-work coding and day-to-day execution with long-term technical direction and mentoring. Drive the frontend roadmap through RFCs and architecture reviews, balancing speed-to-market with long-term maintainability. Set the bar for testing, CI quality gates, observability, and release reliability to ensure a "zero-regression" culture. Partner closely with Design, Product, and Backend teams on key tradeoffs, API design, and distributed systems. Mentor engineers and raise the frontend engineering craft across the organization through code reviews and technical workshops. Must-Have Requirements 6-10 years of professional experience building large-scale web applications. 2-4 years in a Lead or Staff capacity, owning frontend architecture and technical strategy.

Equity:
Meaningful stock options
