Turn Slack and email requests into tickets. Keep our internal kanban board accurate. Get design previews in front of the right person. Close the loop when something ships. You'll use AI daily for drafts, checklists, and light CMS, copy, and CSS edits. You'll hand real engineering work to a developer when necessary and ensure the task gets completed properly. What you'll do Fully own hand handle client updates: staging links, soft bumps, go-live confirmations. Keep status, assignee, due date, and feedback current on the board. Turn messy threads into tickets a developer can run without digging. Do light work yourself with
AI:
copy swaps, CMS updates, simple CSS, QA checklists, deploy notes. Escalate theme, plugin, hosting, and integration work. Coordinate designers, developers, and QA in Slack. Flag blockers early (domains, waiting on client, missing assets). Don't ship guesswork. Get a developer review when you're unsure. What you bring 3+ years in client delivery, technical PM, or agency / web PM. WordPress or similar stack preferred. Clear writing clients and developers both trust. Comfortable in Slack, a task board, Figma, and GitHub at a read-the-PR level.
You scope work:
acceptance criteria, screenshots, links, what done looks like. Judgment with AI tools. Fast on drafts and research. Careful on live sites. Steady under several clients at once. Nice to have WordPress admin / WP Engine (you don't need to be a theme engineer). Basic HTML/CSS, with room to grow light frontend edits under review. Shopify admin, Gravity Forms, or nonprofit tools such as Action Network, EveryAction, or ActBlue. Agency or embedded-team experience. How we work Remote-friendly.
