Job Description A large retail customer is seeking a highly experienced Senior Mobile Engineer to join the Store Technology team supporting a portfolio of approximately 30 mobile applications used by store colleagues across their retail locations. These applications are critical to store operations and support functions such as inventory management, restocking, pharmacy workflows, immunizations, medication returns, user authentication, role-based access, and other business and IT functions. This engineer will play a key role in developing new features, supporting production applications, troubleshooting issues, and partnering closely with Product Support teams to ensure operational stability. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can quickly move between multiple applications, and consistently delivers high-quality code while solving complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise mobile applications used across retail stores. Work across a portfolio of approximately 28-30 applications supporting store operations and pharmacy functions. Build and enhance applications that manage: User authentication and authorization Role-based application access Inventory management Stock replenishment and restocking workflows Pharmacy operations, including immunizations and medication returns Store associate productivity tools Partner with Product Support teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and remediate production issues. Lead technical initiatives under the guidance of Engineering Management. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and development best practices. Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, security, and reliability requirements. Support application releases and ongoing operational excellence.   • Strong understanding of Kotlin and Dart Programming
  • Strong Debugging skills: Experience with ADB commands
  • Has worked with various architecture patterns including MVVM, MVP, MVI, Bloc and Provider
  • Experience with Compose
  • Knowledge of app-to-app communication channels
  • Working knowledge of RX Java and DI framework such as Dagger 2, Hilt and Koin
  • Has experience using frameworks like Riverpod, Hooks, Reactive Forms, Build Runner
  • Has knowledge on writing flutter platform channels Knowledge of ROOM, SQL and No SQL databases in Flutter and Android
  • Stays up to date on the latest trends / Google recommendations.
  • Experience with AI Tools but should not be dependent on them
  • Knowledge of Angular is a plus.
  • Cross Platform framework experience with Xamarin, Ionic, or React Native
  • Good sense of UI / UX
  • Familiar with Linux environments / docker
  • Experience with Zebra/Enterprise devices
