Position Summary:

We are seeking a caring and dependable Toddler Room PM Teacher to join our team. This role focuses on supporting toddlers (ages 1-3) during afternoon hours, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and assisting with daily routines.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and engage toddlers in age-appropriate activities Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Assist with snack time, diapering, and transitions Support social, emotional, and developmental growth Communicate effectively with team members and families Follow all licensing and safety regulations

Qualifications:

Experience working with toddlers preferred High school diploma or equivalent (CDA or early childhood coursework a plus) Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively engage with children Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and patient Must have are willing to Optane CPR and First aid for all ages within 30 days of hire Supportive and friendly work environment Opportunities for professional development Flexible scheduling options Aflac benefits after 60 days Short term disability after 60 days Childcare if we have availability How to
