GENERAL STATEMENT OF THE FUNCTION

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED Relevant experience in transportation, logistics, and/or fleet operations At least 3 years of driving experience, in-state and out of state

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Maintain knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices. Vehicle scheduling and dispatch Driver Coordination Handling departmental trip requests Experience with Fuelman and fleet management/driver management software Coordinate repairs and maintenance of college's fleet with on-site mechanic Maintain repairs and maintenance records of college's fleet Must be available for overnight travel, including single-night and multi-night trips, as required for assigned routes and events
