  • CDL Bus Driver
  • We are currently on the lookout for an experienced
  • CDL•Bus Driver•to join our elite team in •Knoxville, TN•.

As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

42/hour (CDL)

  • Valid CDL Class B with passenger endorsement + Guaranteed wage increases with top pay after three years $25.36

  • Key Responsibilities
  • : +
  • Safety-Focused Operations:
  • Execute safe and reliable transportation services by following designated routes and schedules while strictly adhering to safety protocols, traffic laws, and company standards. +
  • Passenger Care:
  • Provide courteous, professional assistance to passengers, ensuring safe and efficient boarding, comfortable transportation, and timely disembarkation. +
  • Vehicle Safety and Maintenance:
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, promptly report maintenance or safety concerns, and maintain high standards of vehicle cleanliness and safety-equipment readiness. +
  • Policy and Protocol Compliance:
  • Consistently follow company policies and procedures, including seat-belt enforcement, emergency-response preparedness, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. +
  • Additional Duties:
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support safe, efficient, and professional operations. + Ability to safely assist passengers with disabilities, including supporting the use, securement, and transport of wheelchairs and other mobility aids.
  • Qualifications
  • :•+ 21 years or older + Valid CDL Class B with passenger and airbrake endorsement + Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional) + Excellent communication and customer service skills.

+ Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.

+ Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

  • Physical Requirements:
  • The essential functions of this position require the ability to: + Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions-100% of the job is performed outside, work alone, and in remote locations.
