We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Bus Driver to safely transport children to and from our center. The ideal candidate is responsible, patient, professional, and committed to providing a safe and positive experience for children. Key Responsibilities Safely transport children to and from Clover Hill and designated locations Follow assigned routes, schedules, traffic laws, and Virginia transportation regulations Complete required vehicle safety inspections before and after each route Ensure children safely board, exit, and remain properly secured while riding Maintain required transportation, attendance, mileage, and incident records Keep the vehicle clean, safe, and well maintained Communicate professionally with families and center staff Report vehicle maintenance or safety concerns promptly Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow all safety procedures Participate in required training and staff meetings Requirements Valid Virginia driver's license in good standing Appropriate Virginia CDL and endorsements based on the vehicle being operated , including Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements when required Meet all applicable Virginia requirements for transporting children Safe driving record and ability to pass required background checks and screenings Reliable, punctual, and dependable Patient and professional when working with young children Previous experience transporting children is preferred but not required Why Join Us?
